How often do I have to whiten my teeth?

Fayth Vandenberg

Results definitely depend per person, since everyone consumes different staining agents, has different oral hygiene practices, uses different products for home maintenance, and have certain preferences for their shade. Typically, I will recommend 3-6 months for general maintenance (but I've found my new treatments have been lasting longer so I may even say 6-9 months 👀). Around this mark, we can do a boost appointment to refresh your shade. If you are getting longer over this mark, I recommend doing the full treatment again so we can work on the stains that have been sitting for some time. After our initial treatment, if you are hooked & want to continue to brighten, you can come back as soon as 2-4 weeks for a boost treatment! And don't worry, I give you all my secrets to long-lasting results at your appointment!
