How often should I get my teeth whitened?

Fayth Vandenberg

Generally, I recommend doing boost appointments every 3-6 months to maintain your teeth whitening. This will depend on your staining intake, oral hygiene habits & brightness preference. But don’t worry, I give you all the tips & tricks at your appointment to make your whitening last! You can also pick up a home whitening product to get the most out of your results & continue to brighten between appointments!

If you are wanting to continue to brighten your shade, you can come 1 month after your previous session.

If you go longer than the recommended timeframe, it may be suggested to do a full session again to remove the staining that has accumulated in that time.
