I’ve used store bought whitening strips and didn’t notice results/got sensitivity with them…

Will my results be the same?

No, I tend to find the strips leave people sensitive & minimal results. I think it’s because the strips wrap around to the backside of the teeth as well, and if there’s any wear to the biting surface of tooth, there could be exposure that can cause sensitivity. When I see flattened wear on the biting surfaces, I try to avoid those areas with my gel to minimize sensitivity. Since the strips are generalized shapes and are not custom to fit around the gums, the active whitening gel percentage has to be significantly lower, causing you to need more to get noticeable results.
